Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at support@takshvifoods.com as soon as possible. If the cancellation request is made before your food items have been shipped, we will process a refund after deducting the TDR (Transaction Discount Rate) charges of 3%.
However, once the order has been shipped (i.e., handed over to the delivery partner), we will not be able to process any cancellation requests. As our products are food items with limited shelf life, any delay, damage, or transit impact may render them unsuitable for reuse or resale. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once the shipment is dispatched.
For valid cancellation requests made before dispatch, the approved refund will be issued in the same payment method used during purchase, within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
If we identify any fraudulent activity or transactions that violate our website’s terms and conditions, Takshvi Foods reserves the right—at its sole discretion—to cancel such orders without prior notice. We maintain a negative record of all fraudulent transactions and customers, and may deny access or refuse future orders from such accounts.
